Timothy Race is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner specializing in integrative approaches to mental health. Ali Baur, a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor, provides counseling services to adult clients both in-person and virtually. She graduated from Susquehanna University in 2010 with a degree in elementary education and a minor in psychology. In 2013, she earned a master’s degree in reading from King’s College.

During the summer of 2020, driven by her passion for helping others, Ali decided to pursue a career in counseling. She graduated with a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Marywood University in 2023. During her time at Marywood, she completed an internship at Dignity Inc. and was delighted to continue working there after graduation.

Ali’s primary goal as a counselor is to establish a genuine, trusting, and supportive relationship with her clients. She works with adult clients who are committed to living their best lives. Her role is to create a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions, enabling them to become the best versions of themselves. Despite life’s challenges, Ali believes that everyone has the potential to find meaning and fulfillment. She aims to work with clients to foster positive changes that enhance their mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.

Ali employs an integrative approach, with a strong emphasis on Reality Therapy. She works with adults of all ages and provides a safe, comfortable, and reliable outlet for them to process their emotions and realities. Ali believes that our goal is not only to survive but also to find love, belonging, power, and freedom within ourselves, while enjoying life along the way.
